"Elohim Kedoshim," is another name of God. It means, "Holy God."
"And Joshua said unto the people, Ye cannot serve the Lord: for he is an holy God; he is a jealous God; he will not forgive your transgressions nor your sins.' Joshua 24:19.
Joshua summoned all the people of Israel to him at Shechem and presented them before God. Then Joshua reminded them about God's goodness and how God had blessed them. The Israelites promised to worship and obey God. Joshua reminded them that they could only worshipped the Lord God, for God is holy and jealous.
The Bible tells us that God is a Holy God. Holy reflects God's eternal nature. God is divinely perfect and supreme in holiness. He is revealed in three Persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. God is exalted above all His creations. Holy is the way that God is. God alone is holy. Let's continue to revere our most Holy God.
