"Elohim Tsebaoth," is another name for God. It means, "God of Hosts."
"Turn us again, O God of hosts, and cause thy face to shine; and we shall be saved" Psalm 80:7.
This psalm was as a prayer for revival and restoration. Three times the Lord God was called upon, to "turn us again to yourself." When we have a repented heart, only then can we humbly turn to God to receive His forgiveness. Only God can provide us with His restoration.
