ELOHEI MAROM

"Elohei Marom" is another name of God. It means, "God of Heights."

"Wherewith shall I come before the Lord, and bow myself before the high God? Shall I come before him with burt-offerings, with calves of a year old?" Micah 6:6

In Micah, chapter six, God has a complaint against His people. Micah pictures a courtroom where God is the judge and tells His people what He requires of them. Israel responds to God's request by trying to appease him with sacrifice, hoping he would leave them alone.

Today, God doesn't want sacrifice, He wants us to become a living sacrifices, through obedience. He wants changed lives, by living right in His eyes.
