"ELOHEI MIKKAROV," is another name of God. It means, "God Who is Near."
"Am I a God at hand, saith the Lord, and not a God afar off?" Jeremiah 23:23.
God was giving a warning against false prophets. He said that He hadn't sent those prophets, yet those false prophets claim to speak for God. God said, "Am I a God who is only in one place and cannot see what they are doing? Can anyone hide from me? Am I not everywhere in all of heaven and earth?"
Our God is Omnipotent, He has unlimited power and He is able to do anything. God is Omniscient, He is all knowing. God is Omnipresent, that is, present everywhere.
