"Elohim Machase Lanu," is another name of God. It means, "God our Refuge."
"Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. Selah" Psalm 62:8.
God is our refuge! How is God our refuge? He is a very present help in times of trouble. God is always with us and that means that there is no need to be afraid. It means that we can take comfort in knowing that God promises to us, will be fulfilled. He promised to never leave us alone and He cares about our struggles, problems and concerns.
We should always and at all times, put our trust in God. We should pour out our hearts to Him and bring every care and concern before Him. Only God can provide us with the help that we need.
