The Truth is the Truth that is about the Truth, that is the Truth. Jesus Christ, is the true Truth about the Truth. We can trust God being the Truth, telling the Truth, about the Truth, and explaining the Truth, to us.
“Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, and the truth, and the life! No one comes to the Father except through me” (John 14:6).
THE WAY - Jesus did not say that He would show us the way, He said that “HE IS THE WAY”. He is the only way for the sinner man to get to the Father. How did Jesus get to this point in the world? By The Way of the cross on Calvary. He shed His blood and gave a selfless sacrifice. He removed the barrier between the sinful man and a Holy God. Jesus is the only “Way”. Guess what? It isn’t up for negotiations either.
Jesus is The Way that leads us to the Father. He is the Word that spoke all things into existence. He made the invisible “visible," because God created it. He spoke the Word and the Word became flesh. He made us into His own image. Jesus points our way to heaven, which is our eternal home. He is The Way for salvation. No one can get to the Father except by believing in the Son.
THE TRUTH - Jesus did not say that He would tell us some truths, but that he IS the Truth. He is The Truth, personified. Jesus doesn’t represent some truth, half-truth nor part-truth. Without Jesus there is no Truth. Without Jesus we do not know where to go and we would be lost. Without Jesus, we would not know what is the Truth.
THE LIFE - Jesus is The Life that breathes His life into us, by faith. He is the source of our eternal life and the source of all spiritual life. It is our faith in Jesus that we are made into a new creation. By our faith, He sends His Spirit of God to dwell within us. His Spirit enlivens our soul, body, and spirit.
Yes, Jesus is The Way, which every one must follow. He is The Truth in whom every one must believe. He is The Life that leads us into eternal life.
There is no other way to God. There is no other Truth about God. There is no other Life, apart from God.
The one and only WAY, TRUTH, and LIFE is Jesus. There is no other gospel, no other religion, no other faith, that leads us to the Father.
Now this is The Truth and nothing but The Truth!
